EZ Law publications and products are sold only on the terms & conditions set out below. Terms & Conditions of purchasers are not recognised or accepted.
By placing a purchase order with APCOR purchasers will be deemed to have read, understood & accepted:
Prices:
- May be changed without prior notice. Current quotations are valid for 30 days after issue.
Catalogue:
- Prices do not include VAT, delivery costs or other related costs.
Sales: All sales are on the basis of payment with order or proof of payment before delivery
- Exceptions to this method of payment, are sales to Government Departments, Municipalities and Agents.
Discount: Discount off catalogue prices are allowed on sales to
- Registered students: 10% on production of a valid student card.
- Appointed EZ Law dealers / sellers - discount by negotiation.
- Universities and colleges by special arrangement.
Damaged or defective products:
- Damaged or defective products will only be exchanged, by prior arrangement with EZ Law management within 30 days of delivery.
